So December has arrived and this month on my Monday Favourite Post it is all about Christmas Themed cakes.

To get us started I have this stunning creation from Alison Lawson Cakes.
The level of detail in this cake is just amazing – it really does make you think this cake was built brick by brick.

 I have met Alison on a number of occasions so I know from her personality that there would have been so much love and attention that went into every aspect of this cake.
