Sharing one of my favourite protein bliss ball recipes today! I whipped these delicious bites up in my thermomix last week and they will keep in an air tight container for a few weeks! Enjoy
With Valentines Day just around the corner what better dessert is there to share with your special someone than decadent Chocolate Mousse and today I have the most amazing “healthy” chocolate mousse to share with you.
It is so easy to change a few ingredients around from the traditional chocolate mousse – pipe the mixture into your glass jar – add your strawberry on top and you have a dessert that looks just like the traditional mousse but it is way better for you!
This recipe was shared with me by my lovely nutritionalist Simone Kopkas from Health Wholistically. The mousse below was created by Dewi from Sweet Bloom Cakes and photographed by me! Enjoy!
I am sure you are wondering what was served for drinks at our wedding brunch and this great drink idea came after Lisa looked into mixing cold pressed juices with spirits to make cocktails or ‘juice tails’ as they are being dubbed.
Apple always works well as a cocktail flavour and this mix is perfect for a brunch celebration. To see a selection of pressed juices visit the Pressed Juice Website here.

The gorgeous punch bowl is one of the great pieces from Lisa’s collection.
Pancakes – who doesn’t love pancakes! These delightful sugar free pancake stacks tasted amazing and when topped with the delicious Orange Blossom Syrup they went down a treat.

Yesterday I shared with you a Coconut, Macadamia and Banana Granola and today I have the second delicious granola we enjoyed during our wedding brunch celebration. The second one was Apple Pie Granola. So great for breakfast but also the perfect snack to nibble on during the day!
The fresh fruit that was also served included strawberries, apples and an amazing platter of oranges, blood oranges, limes & pistachio’s – so vibrant and beautiful to look at.
