Wow where did the week go – Friday Favourites are here again. Today I have a lovely collection of Cake Pops for you – I am slightly fascinated by them and I have promised myself that one day soon I will make an attempt – I think they finish off every dessert table perfectly.
In need of a quote this Thursday so thank you as always to the lovely Simone from The Bottom Of the Ironing Basket who always seems to have what I am looking for.
Hooray – the new Donna Hay website is now live so all of the lovely things you can buy in her general store you can now also buy online. Check it out here
We all know that Christmas is fast approaching so I have put together a bit of a fashion wishlist for the next few months – it began with these gorgeous Sambag sandals I am currently lusting after and I guess once you have new shoes you always need a new dress (or three) and some accessories!
Happy Monday everyone – today I have for you some photos from a Dessert Table I put together for a Melbourne Cup Race Day Lunch last week.
I had great fun designing this table and had lots of fun with bright colours. It was also a delight to see how excited all the mums were when they got to fill their own take-home goody bag.
The yummy desserts on the table included Rosewater cream tarts, Lemon filled meringues and white chocolate mud cake pops
I included these fun marshmallow sticks with all the names of the horses that were in the race
The candy on the table included:-
Mini Jelly Beans
White Chocolate Rasperries
Lemon Sherberts
Marshmallows
Sherbert UFO’s
Sour Straps
Sour Hearts
Chocolate Frogs
Sugar Sticks
All so yummy! Thanks Kristy for letting me create something special for the day.
