A highlight of my few days away at the Local is Lovely Pracshop in November was our trip to Epicurean Harvest in Blackheath.  The amazing duo of Erika and Hayden have created a small market garden providing the freshest organic produce to top Sydney restaurants.  It was wonderful to learn how they farm and produce their product – they also proved to be pretty good hand models for us!
