With so many fabulous cakes being showcased on the internet at the moment it is just wonderful to know that here in Australia we have some of the most amazing cake designers in the world!

So to kick off my showcase of amazing Aussie talent my Monday Favourite comes from Helen of Kiss My Cakes.
Helen is based in Melbourne and every time I see one of her cakes I am in heaven!
