I have some very sweet cakes to show you today in my Monday Favourite post from Sweet Surprise Cakes in Melbourne.  I have only recently found Rose’s gorgeous work and like so many of the other cakers in Australia she found her passion for cake decorating after having her first child and being a stay at home mum.  She decided to make a cake for her own birthday and was so impressed with herself that she then started making cakes for family and friends.

Sweet Surprise Cakes was born in April 2012 and continues to grow with each month.  Rose tells me her most popular cake would have to the Chocolate mud cake with chocolate gananche however her favourite is the citrus with White Chocolate Mud.
