Wow where did the week go – Friday Favourites are here again. Today I have a lovely collection of Cake Pops for you – I am slightly fascinated by them and I have promised myself that one day soon I will make an attempt – I think they finish off every dessert table perfectly.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.
me too…I bought Bakerella’s cake pops book on line from the UK Book Depository (fantastic price, and service). The book is very details and has lots of pictures and step by step instructions….looking forward to trying out my first cake pops myself. Kathy, Brisbane
Those Bakerella ones are my fav….SO hard to make though! 🙁
totally agree, the cake pops look stunning on a dessert table. Absolutely adore the ruby red wizard of oz ones! Will definately need to get a hold of the Bakerella book! x
I’ve made very basic cake pops (mudcake/cream cheese frosting & covered in milk chocolate) & they have always been a success. Everyone loves them & what I like about them, you can make them a couple of days before an event. Hoping to get the Bakerella book for Chrissy & then I may try & attempt a fancy one. Go on, try & make them Leanne they’ll be a hit.
Yes I love cake pops too, although I usually make them upright I think that they look especially elegant on the tables ‘upside down’ with the sticks pointing up finished with a simple ribbon.
I love them too, I made the Bakerella ones about a year ago and found them relatively easy and everyone loved them. I also made some Red Velvet ones.yummy!!!!!

Goodmorning!
Waking up with these images, yumm! Have a good weekend,
Maureen
Ooo, these look great!
I love them all! I’ve only ever made cake balls and cake pops covered with choc, but apparently the candy melts set harder and are better. I wonder if they taste as good? They certainly look perfect. I have Bakarella’s book and I’m looking forward to some ‘spare time’ to try them out, or for a client to order some!
ooo…thanks for featuring my cake pops Leanne! x Bakerella is the queen of things! I love the photo of all those green ones…delicious!
