Sweet Style currently accept credit card payments via paypal through our online store. If you would like to pay via a direct bank deposit please contact us with all the information for your order including your postal address and products required and we will forward you a tax invoice to make payment on.
Sweet Style endeavours to process all orders within 3-5 days, we will make contact with you if any items cannot be processed in this time.
Please note that the postage calculator advises the shipping time to your area which is in addition to the 3-5 days it can sometimes take us to process your order.
Sweet Style is based in Sydney Australia. Pick up is available from Castle Cove. Please email us to arrange a time for collection.
Minimum shipping costs on all orders is $6.60 however shipping costs are based on weight and destination, we use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers for our deliveries. Australia Post only accept parcels up to a certain size so a number of large items in your shopping cart will require manual postage processing. If you place an order on the website and it advises that “we are unable to ship to your area”, please tick “pick up” as your method of payment and we will process your postage manually via a separate paypal invoice.
If you require your parcel urgently for an upcoming party please email us once you have placed your order so we will make every attempt to ensure your parcel arrives on time.
Courier deliveries are sent “subject to check” so the driver will require someone to be home to sign and accept the parcel. If you purchase fragile items (all glassware and cake stands) it is a mandatory requirement that you open and inspect all items in your parcel prior to signing and therefore agreeing that goods have arrived in perfect condition. For damaged items the courier driver must inspect and make note to be able to process your claim. We also ask that you take a photo of the damaged goods and email them to us immediately.
We are not currently shipping any international orders for heavy bulky items.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of shipping.
A Gift wrapping service is available for an additional fee – please email us once you have placed your order to let us know your requirements. Don’t forget our gift vouchers which make the perfect gift!
We recycle all our boxes and packaging so you may receive your goods in a pre-used box.
Please contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order. We do not offer refunds but we offer a store credit or exchange for unused and unopened products returned within 14 days of the date of receiving your order.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and any breakages or items lost during the return shipping cannot be credited.
